i can't believe he is already a month old. it doesn't seem possible. anthony and i both totally understand the phrase "they grow up too fast" now. dylan had his 4 week appt today. he had his second hep b booster (which he hated). he also has a blocked tear duct which isn't a big deal and apparently very common in newborns. as long as i massage it a few times a day, it should clear up soon. he is also 11 lbs .5 oz and 24 inches. he doesn't look 11 lbs but he is starting to feel it!! he's smiling now which is adorable; hopefully soon i will be able to catch him doing it in a picture!!
